At the present time, our application process is closed for the summer. Check back here in September or October 2020 to apply for next year's scholarships in 2021!
The COVID pandemic has made for a very interesting year for all of us. Fortunately, CRMSF had collected applications for this year's scholarships before the lockdowns began. We had the honor and privilege of awarding 9 college partial scholarships to outstanding graduating seniors at Casa Roble High School in Orangevale!! At $1,500.00 each and included with the amounts awarded in the past (since 2013), CRMSF has now given almost $90,000.00 in college scholarships total!
On behalf of the Board of Directors of CRMSF, I would like to thank all of you that support this great cause! Our non-profit has been embraced by the community - fundraising events and donations continue to grow and get better each year! We are a true non-profit in that 98% of the money that we receive goes into actual scholarships. Our board and all volunteers receive no pay and our administrative costs are very low. We do it because we loved Crystal, she loved us, and we want to pass it on. Besides, it's FUN too!
Crystal passed away in 2011, and we've been awarding scholarships annually since 2013. Every year, the number of scholarships that we've been able to award has grown as more and more people donate to our worthy cause and participate in our fundraising events. Thank you to our many contributors and participants!
